Karen has been the firm’s receptionist since February 2004. With her 23 years prior legal office experience Karen is adept at greeting our clients and efficiently handling their telephone calls as well as assisting with bookkeeping tasks.

Laura Fenza

Laura joined the firm in December 2008. Laura has over 12 years of legal office management experience with law firms in Texas, Illinois and Ohio. Her responsibilities include billing, bookkeeping, human resource and day-to-day office management. Laura has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from SIU.
