Anne Elsberry
Anne came to Tucson in 1993 to attend the University of Arizona College of Law. As the daughter of an Air Force officer she had previously lived throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe. Anne earned her bachelor’s degree at Pomona College with concentrations in International Relations and Asian Studies and her juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arizona. After law school Anne served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Stanley Feldman at the Arizona Supreme court and later as career law clerk to the late District Court Judge William Browning. She is a past president of the Ballet Tucson Board of Directors and a former member of the St. Philip’s in the Hills Episcopal Church vestry.
Anne has two teen-aged children, as well as two stepchildren with her husband, Marty Floerchinger, an architect. They spend their time renovating their home, caring for their horse, and supporting Ballet Tucson.
