Catherine is David West’s legal assistant, and has been since October 2005. She has worked in the legal field for 27 years and has experience in probate, guardianship/conservatorship, personal injury, bankruptcy, civil litigation and business transactions.

Becky Panek

Becky is Gib Zickerman’s legal assistant and joined the firm in November 2007. She has almost 15 years of litigation experience in Colorado, Phoenix, and Tucson, involving personal injury, landlord tenant, corporate disputes, probate, and real estate.

Minda Herrera

Minda is Anne Elsberry’s paralegal. Minda rejoined the firm in March 2011, but previously worked with the firm for over four years. Minda has an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Pima Community College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management from Northern Arizona University. The majority of Minda’s experience is in family law but she is quickly gaining experience in criminal law.
