Clarence was born in Hong Kong and raised in Houston, TX. He graduated with a B.A. degree in History from Washington University in Saint Louis in 2002 and with a J.D. from Washington University in Saint Louis School of Law in 2005.

He is heavily involved in his church and loves spending time with his family. His interests include trying new restaurants as well as playing tennis, golf and basketball.
