Griffin M. Bell

Senior Associate

Griffin M. Bell is a Senior Associate in the community association litigation group, where his practice focuses on representing condominium and homeowner associations in the recovery of unpaid assessments, covenant enforcement, general litigation, and transactional matters.

Griffin brings both criminal and civil jury trial experience to his role and serves as a bridge between the firm’s litigation and transactional teams, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across matters. He also plays an active role in mentoring newer attorneys within the firm’s collections litigation practice.

Before joining Winter Capriola Zenner, Griffin served as an Assistant District Attorney in Georgia’s Alcovy Judicial Circuit. In that role, he gained extensive courtroom experience handling both misdemeanor and felony prosecutions.

Griffin earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia Appellate and Superior Courts.

Originally from Thomasville, Georgia, Griffin now resides in Atlanta’s Upper Westside. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on the Braves at Truist Park, the Yellow Jackets at Bobby Dodd Stadium, the Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, playing golf, listening to live music, enjoying a bourbon and cigar, and exploring the city with his dog, Humphrey.
