Kaylor E. Sexton

Kaylor E. Sexton is an associate in the Firm’s litigation group. She focuses her practice on business, title, real estate, and construction litigation. Kaylor is dedicated to providing effective legal counsel to clients facing complex disputes, leveraging her strong background in alternative dispute resolution to navigate challenging legal issues.

Kaylor earned her Bachelors of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Georgia, as well as a Master’s Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Kaylor served on the Georgia Law Review, was Vice President of the Rod & Gun Club, and was involved in the Strategic Partnership Liaison for the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers-UGA Chapter. Kaylor also gained valuable experience providing pro bono legal services to small businesses through the Business Clinic and completed judicial externships with respected judges.

In addition to her litigation practice, Kaylor is a registered neutral with extensive training in alternative dispute resolution, equipping her to help clients resolve disputes efficiently and effectively, both in and out of the courtroom.

Kaylor resides in Duluth, Georgia, where she enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She is an active member of her community and serves as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care. She is also involved in her church, where she participates in various outreach and service initiatives
