Kendall B. Priest
Associate
Kendall B. Priest is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. She focuses her practice on construction litigation, real estate, and commercial and civil disputes. She brings a strategic approach to each case, leveraging her experience and knowledge to achieve results that meet her clients’ goals.
Kendall earned her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia School of International and Public Affairs. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, she gained valuable experience providing pro bono legal services to veterans across Georgia through the University of Georgia Veterans Legal Clinic and Atlanta Legal Aid Society’s Veterans Law Project. She also worked as a student advocate in the Land Conservation Clinic, advocating for solar energy and land conservation in Georgia.
She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is an active member of the Environmental Law and Construction Law sections of the Georgia Bar.
Outside of the office, Kendall is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys running, mountain biking, and hiking across the United States. She and her husband spend their time traveling to national parks, visiting thirteen in the last three years. Her adventurous spirit and disciplined approach carry over into her practice, where she strives to combine creative problem-solving with careful preparation.
