Kimberly Rizzotti Weber
Senior Counsel
Kimberly Rizzotti Weber is Senior Counsel in the litigation group at Winter Capriola Zenner, where she focuses her practice on real estate disputes, title litigation, breach of contract claims, business and commercial litigation, and banking and financial services matters. With more than 30 years of trial and civil litigation experience, Kim brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to each case, drawing on decades of courtroom advocacy and a deep understanding of how to craft compelling, evidence-based arguments.
Before joining WCZ, Kim served as a partner at two multi-state law firms, representing banks, mortgage servicers, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Her experience spans a broad range of complex litigation, including multi-million-dollar contract disputes and high-stakes real property matters. Notably, she has successfully litigated against a major municipality, securing favorable outcomes for her clients in both settlements and judgments.
Kim began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, where she prosecuted child abuse cases. This formative experience shaped her litigation style and laid the groundwork for a career built on thorough preparation, evidentiary precision, and strategic foresight. After transitioning into civil litigation, she worked at insurance defense firms in Boston and Atlanta before turning her focus toward real estate and commercial
litigation in Georgia.
A certified mediator, Kim also brings a practical, solution-oriented perspective to her cases, helping clients assess when resolution may best serve their interests. She is known for her calm and collaborative approach, and clients describe her as level-headed, tenacious, and highly effective, whether in court or at the negotiation table.
Kimberly is actively involved in the legal community. She enjoys mentoring new attorneys, building professional connections, and contributing to conversations that help improve how litigation is practiced. She believes that collaboration and knowledge-sharing not only strengthen the legal profession but also lead to more effective outcomes for clients.
She was drawn to Winter Capriola Zenner for its collegial environment, emphasis on attorney development, and culture of cross-practice collaboration. She values the firm’s commitment to empowering attorneys to grow through leadership, mentorship, and meaningful client advocacy.
Outside of her practice, Kimberly is a dedicated parent, avid runner, and sports enthusiast. She and her husband are embracing life as empty nesters, with one child graduating from the University of Georgia and another in college at the University of Kentucky. She remains active in her local community, volunteering with Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
