Richard Capriola is a partner in the firm’s construction, real estate litigation, and business litigation practice groups, with a focus on business disputes and high-rise condominium construction defect cases. For more than 30 years, Rich has practiced in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels and has handled cases in more than 20 states. He regularly handles disputes in arbitration and mediation.

• Enforced lien rights of the contractor to recover money owed on a construction project
• Recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars misappropriated by former board of directors
• Obtained dismissal of claims against former employee on allegations of misappropriation of
trade secrets
• Unraveled fraudulent transfers of assets to recover $4.5M for the lender against the personal
guarantor
