Spencer Farmery is a Senior Associate in the firm’s transactional practice group. He primarily represents homeowner, townhome, and condominium associations throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area in a variety of matters. Spencer is a member is an active member in the Georgia Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) currently serving on the Cares Committee.

Spencer grew up in Cumming, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2012 with a B.B.A. in Economics (Public Policy) and received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Spencer served on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Spencer is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts.

In his spare time, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife Alyson and two children, Elinor and Jack. He enjoys sports, especially the Dawgs, fantasy baseball, stand-up comedy, and checking out Atlanta’s newest restaurants.
