Tobi Soyebo is an associate at Winter Capriola Zenner, where he focuses his practice on community association law and commercial and civil litigation. He represents condominium associations, homeowners associations, and master associations, providing guidance on legal matters including assessments, violations, fines, and board governance. Tobi also handles collection actions against debtors, negotiates settlements, and attends board meetings to advise on complex community issues.

Originally from Houston and raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Tobi earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Georgia State University and received his JD from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law.

Before joining WCZ, Tobi gained experience across multiple areas of law, including medical malpractice, insurance defense, creditors’ rights, and real estate transactions. This diverse background allows him to approach community association matters with a broad understanding of litigation, finance, and real estate, enabling him to provide practical, effective solutions to his clients.

Building on his finance and business background, Tobi combines practical business insight with legal expertise to provide strategic, results-oriented guidance for his clients. Known for his collaborative and professional approach, he focuses on delivering solutions that are both effective and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Tobi is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Gwinnett County Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Tobi enjoys basketball, football, and fantasy football, and values time spent with family and friends. He maintains strong ties to his Nigerian heritage and looks forward to opportunities to travel internationally.
