Kelsey Grozicki, Co-Managing Partner at Winter Capriola Zenner, has been appointed to the State Bar of Georgia’s Diversity Program Committee for the 2025-2026 term.

The appointment was announced by Christopher P. Twyman, president of the State Bar of Georgia. The Georgia Diversity Program committee plays a vital role in promoting diversity and inclusion within Georgia’s legal community.

Kelsey maintains a broad litigation practice, handling complex civil litigation, bankruptcy, and arbitration matters. His work includes contract and real estate disputes, quiet title actions, lien priority actions, collections, and claims involving landlords, title insurers, lenders, and individuals. In addition to litigation, Kelsey counsels companies, lenders, and title insurance providers on state and federal regulatory matters and related disputes.

Kelsey has been with Winter Capriola Zenner since 2019. He earned his B.A. in Religion and Political Science from Furman University and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. He is committed to advancing the future of the legal profession through mentorship, education, and supporting other legal professionals in their practice of law. Kelsey is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association Real Estate Section and is an active advocate within the National Caucus of Title Insurance Litigators. He contributes regularly as an attorney author for Lexis Nexis Practical Guidance Real Estate Section and is the author of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Georgia Real Estate Litigation.
