Philip W. Lehman

Senior Associate

Philip W. Lehman is a Senior Associate in the firm’s transactional practice group. Philip focuses his practice on the representation of condominium, townhome, and homeowner associations throughout Georgia. He partners with boards and community managers on a variety of legal work, including drafting and reviewing contracts and governing documents, advising on covenant enforcement, and managing collections. Building trust with his clients and providing practical solutions while minimizing legal costs are central to his client-focused approach.

Philip graduated magna cum laude from Valdosta State University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2014. After receiving his B.A., Philip attended West Virginia University College of Law as a Bloom Scholar, where he received his J.D. in 2017. Prior to joining Winter Capriola Zenner, Philip was a managing attorney for a local office of a midsize law firm.

Philip was named a Georgia Super Lawyers® Rising Star for 2023, further reflecting his ability to build strong client relationships and guide boards and managers in making well-informed, practical decisions.

Outside of the office, Philip enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, trying new restaurants, and traveling. Philip is an avid Atlanta Braves fan and spends many weekends at Truist Park cheering on his team.
