Joshua F. Jones is a Senior Associate in the firm’s transactional practice group, where he serves as general counsel to condominium, townhome, and homeowner associations. Joshua partners with boards and community managers to navigate day-to-day operations, address regulatory compliance, and plan long-term strategies for their associations. He also practices in areas of general corporate, business contracts, and all areas of commercial and residential real estate.

Prior to his legal career, Joshua served in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2013, including a deployment with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit in 2012. He continues to serve part-time in the Air Force Reserve, bringing leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail to his legal practice.

Joshua was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia State University in 2015 with a B.S. in Public Policy and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2019. While in law school, Joshua was a member of the Georgia State University Student Trial Lawyers Association and the Olmstead Disability Rights Clinic.

Outside of his legal practice, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife, Janey, and their three children. He is an avid supporter of Atlanta United FC and remains committed to service through his continued role in the Air Force Reserve.
