Jerry L. Lai is an associate in the firm's transactional practice group. He focuses his practice on the representation of condominium, townhome, and homeowner associations throughout Georgia, guiding boards and community managers through governance, compliance, and day-to-day operational matters. Jerry also assists clients with corporate and business transactions, providing practical legal solutions tailored to their needs.

Jerry earned his Juris Doctor degree from Emory Law in 2021 with honors and obtained his Georgia bar license the same year. Prior to joining Winter Capriola Zenner, he practiced with a regional civil litigation firm in Atlanta.

Outside of the office, Jerry enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors.
