Kimberly Weber Appointed Executive Committee for the Georgia Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section
Kimberly R. Weber, senior counsel at Winter Capriola Zenner, has been appointed to the Executive Committee for the Georgia Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section for a three-year term. The legal committee evaluates emerging legislation and regulations in Georgia that impact the real property law field and provides essential information, networking opportunities, and continuing legal education to the association’s members. Kimberly brings decades of practical and applied experience to committee leadership and its members.
Kimberly began her legal career as Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, where she prosecuted child abuse cases. She later transitioned into civil litigation, working at insurance defense firms in both Boston and Atlanta before shifting her focus to real estate and commercial litigation in both Georgia and Massachusetts.
Kimberly joined Winter Capriola Zenner in 2025 as Senior Counsel in the litigation group, with more than 30 years of trial and civil litigation experience. Focusing her practice on real estate disputes, title insurance litigation, breach of contract claims, and business and commercial litigation, she brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to each case to craft compelling, evidence-based arguments.
Kimberly R. Weber is an active member of the Georgia Bar Association and its Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and she is also a certified mediator. She frequently speaks at legal conferences and presents Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs to support the professional development of attorneys. Kimberly is deeply committed to mentoring younger lawyers, building professional relationships, and contributing to conversations that shape the evolving practice of litigation. She believes that collaboration and knowledge-sharing strengthen the legal profession and lead to more effective, client-centered outcomes.
