Parker G. Vassallo is an Associate at Winter Capriola Zenner, where he practices real estate litigation with a focus on community association collections. He represents condominium and homeowner associations throughout Georgia in matters involving unpaid assessments and related enforcement disputes, including pre-suit demand work, litigation, and post-judgment recovery. He works closely with boards and community managers to address financial and operational issues that arise in the management of community associations.

Parker earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Government and Politics and Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Maryland. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Defense Litigation Association.

His interest in law began at the University of Maryland after resolving a difficult landlord-tenant dispute involving uninhabitable living conditions. That experience led him to the university’s Legal Aid Center, where he interned and assisted students with a wide range of legal issues. He later served as a student advocate, representing students in honor hearings involving academic misconduct and conduct matters. These experiences reinforced his commitment to helping people navigate complex legal challenges and showed the value of clear, effective advocacy.

Prior to joining Winter Capriola Zenner, Parker gained litigation experience in civil defense practice, where he handled depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy, including appearances and argument practice in contested matters. This experience strengthened his ability to evaluate disputes, prepare cases effectively, and advocate confidently in high-pressure legal settings.

Outside of his practice, Parker enjoys traveling, attending concerts, exploring coffee shops, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their wire-haired terrier, June. He stays active in sports, including soccer, lacrosse, and hockey, and is an avid skier.
