Chadd Reynolds is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Chadd’s practice focuses on construction litigation including complex construction disputes, delay claims, structural defects, contractual disputes, surety claims, and liens. He has had experience representing owners asserting claims against general contractors, as well as subcontractors defending claims against general contractors. This allows Chadd to understand the key motivations and desires of multiple actors in the construction industry when issues arise on a construction project. He has also represented clients on federal construction projects and has experience interacting with federal agencies to assist clients in pursuing their claims. Chadd is a member of the Construction Section of both the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association.
Chadd grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Berry College in 2011 with a B.S. in Government and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Valparaiso Law School in 2014. While in law school, he was editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Society. Chadd also clerked as a legal extern for the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Chadd is a fan of soccer, enjoys gardening, and volunteers at a small local farm in Atlanta.
