Riane N. Sharp is an associate in the firm’s transactional practice group. Riane’s practice focuses on legal matters pertaining to community associations, real estate law, corporate law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance & sales and marketing issues. Prior to joining Winter Capriola Zenner, LLC, Riane began her career at a healthcare IT company in Atlanta, Georgia advising on consumer protection matters related to TCPA, CAN-SPAM and the FTC Act as well as marketing related issues. Riane’s prior in-house experience allows her to better understand the needs of her clients, equipping them with comprehensive answers that help facilitate the best decisions.
Originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia, Riane returned to the metro Atlanta area after completing her studies. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Howard University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. While at Howard University, she founded a Random Acts of Kindness Initiative and also interned at The White House.
She is a part of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyer Division’s 2020 Leadership Academy class. In addition, she is a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Riane is a fan of women’s tennis and enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
