2014 WCZ Community Association Program Update

Welcome to 2014!!!

We take this opportunity to wish all of our clients and friends a happy and healthy New Year. As attorneys, we want to say thank you for entrusting us with your legal needs. We strive to ease the burdens our clients encounter and hope to make your lives easier by taking care of your legal matters so that you can focus on other things that are near and dear to your heart.

2013 was an important year for Winter Capriola Zenner, LLC. While we remain the same firm that started just three (3) years ago, we did initiate some strategic changes and experienced healthy growth over the past year. There is no doubt that we have our clients to thank for our continued growth and success.

In 2013, we were fortunate to welcome Miye Johnson Yi to the WCZ family. Miye is a seasoned litigator who comes with a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the Community Association field. With her easy going and friendly personality, she has fit right in and been a nice complement to our Community Association Team. We also welcomed collection paralegals Andrea Ward and Chaira Daniel, both of whom also came with an abundance of experience and have fit right in with our unparalleled team of paralegals. Lastly, Jennifer Bent assumed the position of Firm Administrator and we welcomed Christine Gottfried as our Operations Manager, both of whom have streamlined our operations and further improved the billing process for our clients. Each of these additions made 2013 a better year for WCZ and provided us with great enthusiasm for what 2014 has to offer.

In 2013, our firm also launched CASETRACKER©, WCZ’s state-of-the-art proprietary online collection recovery system, which allows clients the ability to check the up-to-the-minute status of all collection matters in real time, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. WCZ’s CASETRACKER© system has allowed us to better communicate, collaborate and connect with our clients on a real-time basis and has improved and enhanced the collection process for our clients. It has also allowed us to assist with transitioning to an almost paperless work environment.

Lastly, we were happy to renew our lease in our current and convenient location and proceed with a full suite renovation. We hope our investments in personnel and space will enable us to do an even better job for those who put their trust in us by having more resources on hand to handle your important legal matters.

Our WCZ Retainer and Non-Retainer Programs for 2014 will remain the same, with all benefits and the same annual retainer fee of $1,200, although we did implement a modest increase in our hourly rates, the first to occur since 2008 and our new firm’s inception in 2010. For your convenience, we have attached summaries of our 2014 Retainer and Non-Retainer Programs. Of course, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We look forward to working with you in 2014.

Best regards.
