Winter Capriola Zenner Partner Eric B. Coleman will serve as a speaker at the State Bar of Georgia’s Construction Law for the General Practitioner CLE on October 8 in Atlanta.

Eric will present “Liability of Individuals for Negligent Construction and Other Torts,” addressing key liability issues that can arise when individuals are involved in construction-related negligence and other tort claims.

The program, presented by the Construction Law Section and The Institute of Continuing Legal Education ICLE, will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the State Bar of Georgia Bar Center, with both in-person and livestream options available. The program offers six CLE credit hours.
