With more than 30 years of experience, Richard has handled complex matters in state and federal courts, as well as through arbitration and mediation, including defective and negligent construction, construction payment disputes, real estate disputes, and business and contract claims.
Stephen A. Winter | 12 Years
Partner and founding member Stephen A. Winter has been named to the 2027 Super Lawyers list for the 12th consecutive year. With more than 30 years of experience, Stephen focuses his practice on resort and land development, community association law, corporate and business transactions, and real estate law. He has extensive experience representing developers and investors in planned and resort communities, as well as condominium, townhome, mixed-use, and residential community associations. His work includes advising clients on complex development, real estate, and community association matters.

Eric B. Coleman, Partner, has been named to the 2027 Super Lawyers list for the sixth consecutive year. Philip W. Lehman | 5 Years
Senior Associate Philip W. Lehman has been named to the 2027 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the fifth consecutive year. Philip focuses his practice exclusively on community association law, representing condominium, townhome, and homeowner associations throughout Georgia. He works closely with boards and community managers on matters including contracts and governing documents, covenant enforcement, and collections, with an emphasis on practical solutions, strong client relationships, and minimizing legal costs.
