Kelsey Grodzicki, Managing Partner at Winter Capriola Zenner, has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia for the 2026-2027 term.
In his committee leadership role, Kelsey Grodzicki brings more than a decade of practical, applied experience to the Section and its members, drawing from a litigation practice focused on complex civil disputes and real estate litigation. He represents clients in contract and real property matters, including quiet title actions, lien priority issues, and collections, and advises lenders, landlords, title insurers, companies, and financial institutions on regulatory and dispute-related issues under both state and federal law.
Kelsey has been with Winter Capriola Zenner since 2019 and is actively engaged in legal writing and professional education. He is a frequent contributor to the LexisNexis Practical Guidance Real Estate Section and is the author of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Georgia Real Estate Litigation. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association Real Estate Section and participates in the National Caucus of Title Insurance Litigators.
